Yoga Teacher

Kara teaches yoga at Copper River Country Club and Free Mind Yoga in Sanger, California. Eight years ago, intrigued by a yoga class and the book "10% Happier" by Dan Harris, she began her practice. Now an RYT200 instructor, Kara blends her background as a CPS and adoptions social worker into her teaching, aiming to foster peace and stillness in others. She specializes in vinyasa flow, also teaching teen, worship, yin, and hatha yoga. Off the mat, she is a busy mother of five, managing a vibrant household with pets and enjoying hobbies like reading and hiking. Kara is passionate about guiding others on their yoga journey.
