Owner & Yoga Teacher

Mike is an avid martial artist and life explorer, fascinated by the unique and interesting. His yoga journey began in 2016 at a local gym, seeking a change from weightlifting and a solution for chronic pain. Initially aimed at enhancing physical and emotional well-being, yoga offered him much more— a transformative connection between body, breath, and mind. As he grew stronger, Mike became keenly aware of the subtleties of body and mind and their interconnection. Falling in love with yoga, he completed a 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2022 to deepen his practice and share this profound experience with others. Mike looks forward to welcoming everyone on the mat to explore and enjoy the yoga journey together.
